MI FLUES TERMS & CONDITIONS
TRANSPORT
All shipments dispatched by Mi Flues Ltd with a Net value of €300 (Ex Vat) or less will be subject to a Courier charge
SHORTAGES
Mi Flues Ltd must be notified in writing of all shortages on deliveries within 2 days of Delivery Docket Date.
DAMAGES
All goods when delivered must be inspected for damage. All damages must be reported to Mi Flues and recorded on the delivery docket. Mi Flues Ltd will not be responsible after delivery has been signed for.
GOODS RETURNED
All goods returned to Mi Flues Ltd are subject to 15% re-stocking charge. Credit will be issued upon return and inspection by Mi-Flues. Credit will not be issued on goods that have been damaged.
SPECIALS
Specials ordered by customer and manufactured to customers specification cannot be returned. A signed sketch drawing showing all dimensions clearly must be provided before MI Flues will process the order.
